| Custom E-Mail Marketing Featuring: Bar Codes, Coupons, ID Numbers and more! |

We recently designed a program for Hollywood Casino and Charles Town Races and Slots to insert a unique bar-code based on the members ID number within each email message. Along with the bar-code, the members ID number, their point standings, and their name was also inserted into the email message via a database driven application that DH WEB developed. This way each email can be personalized with the specific members unique information when the message is sent out.
When the email with the coupon is printed out by the recipient and brought to the facility for redemption a bar code scanner can scan the members unique bar code within the email message. The scan allows all the members information to be correlated to a database for tracking the marketing campaigns effectiveness, as well as updating the members information.
DH WEB has sent out over a million emails to the Hollywood Casino and Charles Town Races and Slots Players Club® members.
