| DH WEB Launches The New Western Maryland Health System and New Regional Medical Center Website. |
The new Western Maryland Health System website has been one of the more ambitious design and content management projects that DH WEB, Inc. has taken on.
DH WEB designed and developed all aspects of the new website from the graphics, layout, functionality, web based applications, as well as the custom CMS System.
The new wmhs.com is easier to navigate and offers more ways to keep up with advances in health care and medical services provided by WMHS. Some of the new features include: Expanded Health Information: Health Checker and Medication Database, powered by EBSCO Publishing, a leader in medical and higher education information; Employee Zone; On-line Gift Shop: the WMHS Gift Shop is now on-line with a wide variety of items available to purchase. Send flowers or a gift to a patient's room or shop from home, pay for the item on-line, and pick it up at the gift shop. On-line Giving to a variety of WMHS Foundation Projects like the Capital Campaign, Scholarships, and WMHS Auxiliary; Enhanced Video Capability: watch hospital videos like virtual tours and healthcare videos; and New Hospital Photo and Countdown Clock: keep up with the progress of the new WMHS Regional Medical Center.
